David Bradley
Dr. David Bradley is a Policy Analyst with the State Fiscal Project
at the Center
on Budget and Policy Priorities in Washington D.C. In addition
to
general work on state tax and budget issues, his current work
includes
analysis of tax and expenditure limits and property tax structure.
Prior to joining the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, Bradley worked for nearly four years as a policy analyst for the Keystone Research Center. While at KRC he conducted analysis of the early care andeducation workforce, the Pennsylvania labor market, and the Pennsylvania tax system.
Bradley holds an B.A. in Political Science from the University
of
Richmond and a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University
of North
Carolina-Chapel Hill.
